Contraceptives
« on: January 14, 2018, 10:08:10 am »
Hey folks, I'm wondering what is a natural and practical form of contraceptive (besides abstinence or pulling-out). I know people used to use lamb intestine, but that's practical for very few of us. Any other alternatives that are close to being Paleo/natural?

Breastfeeding. It is, apparently, 98% effective compared to the Pill's 99% effectiveness. Other than that, if the woman really  starves herself, I gather pregnancy is highly unlikely as fat reserves are required. A modern method used by some women for whom unnatural etc.  methods simply do not work is to use a smartphone app and track their menstrual cycle and so only have sex when they are not ovulating/fertile. Also, there are contraceptive herbs:-
