General Discussion / Safe meat options
« on: February 24, 2012, 09:46:19 am »
Hey everyone. I know Whole Foods grass fed meats are safest.

But what are some good options besides those?

I've been doing publix eggs, beef. Same thing from Sedano's, Target, etc.

What are some other good options? Please help!

Journals / All illness and raw paleo
« on: February 21, 2012, 07:17:38 am »
Hey everyone. I've learned raw paleo is some strong stuff.

I've seen it completely heal me from the inside out.

I'm doing so well, I can hardly believe it myself.

My health has improved so rapidly it's incredible.

I think it's the combination of everything raw + right diet habits.

I combine some cool stuff. I constantly relax. Eat fish (after being frozen for 14 days), SCD (Specific Carbohydrate Diet) carbs, all the seeds in those carbs, lots of water, some grass fed meats, some grass fed eggs. A lot of regular eggs and beef too. I just eat a lot.

I drink and smoke a little on occaision. It's not an all the time thing for me.

My slight mental illness has really been fixed well, it's clearing up quickly. Almost as if I never even had schizophrenia.

My mild hand problems have cleared up well.

I feel my strength rapidly getting stronger.

All I can't do right now is complain about where I am, right now.

I'm at the best place in the world, and have literally nothing to do except relax.

No one's going to come kill me, go try and kill people, or do anything wrong to anyone.

This diet is the thing for the world in my oppinion. It's really great. I wish the world could see all the things eating like this can do.

I'd actually like to make a journal/blog on my day to day activities, my thought process from moment to moment. How I feel all the time, what I'm doing to feel my best. If anyone can share with me if I can do that please do.

Anyone you've ALL been a huge inspiration to me. I'm doing so well, all I can do is thank all of you.

General Discussion / Healing schizophrenia
« on: February 20, 2012, 10:10:45 am »
Hey everyone! I'm making a blog about healing schizophrenia.

I look forward to helping bring the type of schizophrenic persona I have.

It feels good to be able to express freely how my mind works, my thought process. And my real fears about my illness.

Raw paleo has been a major healing factor for me.

Its bringing me back to my reality, realizing life isn't so bad. I have family, love, shelter, food, and best of all the gift of freedom of choice and lots of laughter.

I love raw paleo, I've began eating some regular, cooked foods. My reality is I can't eat raw paleo 24/7. I haven't worked in a little bit.

I'm going to ask for a brain scan. Hopefully soon I can discontinue my medicine, eat more salmon.

I have a brother working at whole foods. I'm greatful he works there, he can help me get healthier. The way to improve my brain I honestly believe is through diet.

Not just eating raw, but improving the omega 3 and 6 balance. Eating previously frozen salmon.

I eat just like this.

Raw beef from most places (Publix, target, sedanos, etc.)
Raw grass fed meats.
Lots of previously frozen for 14 days salmon.
Specific Cabohydrate Diet for carbs
Lots of pasteured eggs, also regular eggs.
Lots of peach and apricot seeds

I believe eating like this is very powerful for healing very well. Its getting me back to life, love and laughter.

My whole mentality has totally changed.

My world has completely stopped asking what others want from me, and I've realized that more or less, I want food and some fly gear lol. My own place too.

I need to get more down to earth, and realize my brain is my best possession before I start wanting other things though.

I'm just greatful I've realized I'm my most prized anything. I only hope for many more years of not just success, but also health and happiness.

Thank you all for getting me where I am today. I can't express my gratitude fully, but I hope I meet some of you in my not so far future.

Welcoming Committee / my banana concept

The more brown spots on a banana there are. The better it is for you. I know this contradicts AV but I know we all vary from our diet occasionally.

Do we need it?

No other animals seem to need calcium past a certain age?

Are we ok to not drink milk, or take calcium supplements?

I don't like calcium supplements or dairy. Any advice please?

Hot Topics / Are humans setting themselves up to be aliens?
« on: January 25, 2012, 11:53:17 pm »
Many millenia ago, did humans stop eating their natural diet in an attempt to force unnatural mental views of what they call adaptation, thriving, natural, intelligence, to live in outer space?

Is it possible that instinct isn't a form of control, the way humans view animals as being controlled. But it's a way to know the possibility of every outcome that will ever happen from any choice you make?

Is it possible that now, the organization of the world to work together all toward "one goal" for a better world, happier civilization, etc. is just a cover up for humans "buying time" so they can make the technologies to live past the "end of the world." Which I'm sure they see as the end of life.

Animals choose to eat what's best in their environment to experience the feeling of thriving. Not because they have no choice because they're "being controlled." I eat the way I do because the way I feel is worth it.

I go to great lengths to eat the way I do. Some call it obsessive, I call it "you don't know how good this makes me feel."

I refuse to live to not thrive. I measure quality of life not in how many years you spend alive, but by the quality of the time you'll spend alive. I never know when I'll die, but I know when I do I'll be content and won't want to go back and change anything.

Welcoming Committee / Hello welcoming comitee!
« on: January 24, 2012, 07:51:32 am »
Hey everyone! I hope everyone's having as awesome a day as I am! Eating raw meat n all the other dietary, and life style adjustments I'm sure we've ALL had to do to get where we are today.

I'd like to start off by saying all of us here are unique. Unlike other humans world wide who have continued eating .. well .. the way they eat! lol We are all making adjustments to our diets that are so far from mainstream, SO FAR FROM WHAT'S CONSIDERED HUMAN! That I just wanna say EVERYONE here rocks.

I also wanna say keep on keepin' on. There are so many changes taking place world wide to take away our rights, I know that if there are any rights we're not going to let them take from us, it's our right to eat what we want! I know (first hand!) that what we consume makes the biggest difference for how we feel, heal, and live our lives that if there's anything worth fighting for - it's the right to eat what we want!

Any way. So I'm making this post to introduce myself because a member on the forum PM'ed me to ask me to introduce myself, so here it is!

Around the age of 14 I developed this terrible sense that there's something going on that's "more than meets the eye." In an attempt to understand what I was sensing, I took EVERY wrong route to find out what it was. I copied people doing less than respectable things, I did drugs and drank (like most young people do, none the less, that doesn't make it right), and I developed a rebelious nature to do what's right even in the eye of oposition.

I'm 23 today. Through out the years the inability to realize what was wrong drove me up the wall! Emotionally I was a wreck. I stopped doing all the things I enjoy. I stopped observing nature, exercising, and engaging with my peers. In short, I stopped caring for all the things that make me who I am.

I started experimenting with supplements at the age of 20. I noticed they changed my mood somewhat. When I'd consume a b-complex pill, I noticed more energy and mental clarity. I begain experimenting with supplements (a freedom I KNOW I should have) to alter how I felt.

Today, I know first hand that the power of nutrition is more powerful than the influence of even the strongest drugs. At 21 I started experimenting with diet, another freedom I know you have, and I'm sure all of us here know is worth fighting for.

I started using the Specific Carbohydrate Diet which made some incredible improvements to my over all well being. I stopped smoking cigarettes. Later I cut out alcohol. At this time, realizing diet and life style changes were making improvements to my life in ways I hadn't imagined possible. I noticed myself feeling better and more energetic. I knew there had to be more to the diet equation.

I began observing how animals eat. The first thing I noticed is NONE of them cook (besides the dumb ones hehe - no homo... lol). So I googled raw meat diets. Yes, the internet is a major resource in today's world. Typically it's the only place you can get information on health that isn't mainstream BULL SHIT to ruin your quality of life so those in cahoots with pharma can make a killling. After all, everyone who says "they know" raw meats are dangerous, eliminating dairy is dangerous, no grains is dangerous. WHO TAUGHT THEM THAT!

So I googled raw meat diet, and I found "Raw Paleo." Luckily we haven't had ALL our freedoms of speech stripped, and at least online we can say things that aren't drugs cure illness. So I began eating all my meats raw, and cut out all supplements. I can say with 100% certainty that I feel better than I have in my entire life. Better than when I was a teen, better than when I was a kid, better than when I was in my moms stomache (yes, I still believe the stork story hahha).

I noticed some impressive changes that I know can only be attributed to eating a species appropriate diet... I can now read minds, control people telepathically, and run for president of the world without opposition. hahhaa! Seriously though, this diet is great.

I've made some tweaks that I'm happy to discuss. I'm sure of stuck "diet gold." Lol

Any way. So I'm still making tweaks to my diet. For example I recently started eating when I'm not traveling. I sense that eating when you're not traveling unnaturally, ie. transportation by car, air plane, space craft... lol. You assimilate nutrients more effectively and for a longer amount of time. And each time you travel unnaturally you restart using nutrients effectively from when you start eating.

I also eat my foods at room temperature. I prefer how I feel when I eat semi-high meat, which just means I'm DEFFINITELY trying fully high meat. My current way of eating meat is to let it sit out over night or for a day etc. and eat through out the day. I also don't eat in meals. I just go to my food, munch a little. Then go and do it again later.

Present day. I'm happier than I was when I thought I was happiest. More athletic than I was when I thought I was most athletic. I'm sexier than I was when I thought I was sexiest.. O0 I work out! lol I actually made a remix to that song.. I-I-I eat raw meat! lol

Any way, I think you'll all find I'm a driven goof ball that doesn't think within the "accepted relms of normal consciousness." It makes me great to talk to. It makes me an even better problem solver. So to all my fellow animals, many more years of thriving!

Any way I look forward to discussing all the unique things we do, as animals  ;) to make ourselves feel more awesome.

General Discussion / Warming in cold temperatures?
« on: January 24, 2012, 06:12:37 am »
Howdy folks.

I've red some of you say that you heat up easily in cold temperatures.

I'm curious how this works for most of you.

I'll be taking a trip to tallahassee in December when it'll be much colder than it will be in Miami. Then I'll be driving to Georgia for christmas. I'm curious how I'll feel in a colder environment eating my tweaked raw paleo diet.

Personals / Any RPD'ers in the Miami/South Florida area?
« on: January 23, 2012, 06:25:58 am »
Howdy folks.

I'm hoping to hang out with some RPD'ers, grub.. n exercise. Chillax and do some fun stuff.

Any L.A. Fitness members?

Howdy folks.  8)

I'm on a "tweaked" raw paleo diet.

I eat raw everything. Meats, organ meats, eggs, etc. I eat everything at room temperature, and I typically leave my meats out the night before so they'll be room temperature when I'm ready to eat the next day. I typically will leave meat out for a day or two.

I also eat all my fruits and veggies raw. I haven't had any raw nuts yet because I can't find a good source of "truely" raw nuts. They're typically low temperature heated, like the apricot seeds I used to eat for cancer prevention (check out world without cancer on youtube if you're interested). I also eat those at room temperature, and drink water at room temperature. (Room temperature means the temp. anywhere I am).

I don't do raw paleo quite how most do it. I've set some rules on what carbs are allowed, based on "The Specific Carbohydrate Diet." I eat only foods that can be eaten raw on SCD, minus cooked foods, beans, dairy (fermented for 24 hours), cashews and peanuts.

Any way. I'm about to begin a rigorous workout routine. I'll be playing basketball, weight lifting, doing cardio, and perhaps taking up other athletics.

Since eating like this I have the urge to exercise more. So I plan to go all out.

I'm wondering if any of you have any success with athletics. Thanks in advance.
