I just finished lunch.

I tasted some of my kids' seared beef sirloin steak and some left over goat meat.

My main meal was:
I had raw beef liver
and for the first time I had raw beef pancreas (lapay)... and I found the taste of beef pancreas unique, tasty and enlightening.

Ha, so seems we both tried pancreas for the first time, cool!
In my post I said that it didn't taste good. I should've given it a chance past the first bite!
It wasn't bad at all after the initial taste.
Although I'm glad I had water nearby because it made my throat burn for some reason.

Tongue people, do you find it very hard to chew?

Newbies should probably cut off the tip of the tongue and the stringy underside of the tongue. I've got used to eating the whole tongue(and don't usually chew more than once or twice, just bolt it down as it's small enough).

Yeah, actually I found that the very tip was the only really tough part. Everything other than that was really enjoyable! Tongue has the absolute best flavor out of any raw animal food I've tried so far, especially the back part.
I wouldn't be able to bring myself to throw away any part of it anyway.

My teeth kind of hurt afterwards though, and for some reason the tongue had the propensity to make its way in between my teeth, moreso than anything else.
But I still have a bunch left over and I can't wait to eat it again!

This morning I had:

fresh coconut juice and some coconut meat
some lanzones

(very light breakfast just to get my poop reflex running in the morning)

This lunch I had
2 fertilized whole eggs
3 fertilized egg yolks only
raw tuna -- this time from a small yellow fin tuna less than 2 feet long.
I squeezed some calamansi on the tuna (calamansi is a small citrus, what we have equivalent to your lemons)

What weight was the leg of lamb about and how did you eat it; I stopped eating mutton because 1/2 of the flipping leg is toooo tough and very messy. It bothered me and I could not work out why my colon had to get rid of  ???

I think, with bone(most of it's bone), it was 1.3 kg, not sure at all. I just use a meat-knife to chop off chunks and then tear the rest off with my teeth

This morning I stuffed myself with the most delicious DURIAN! Yum yum.

This lunch I had Blue Marlin Sashimi.

Had chicos / persimons as a snack.

Dinner I had more Blue Marlin and added raw dalagang bukid fish eggs in organic coconut vinegar.

This morning at breakfast I had:

Mangoes - pico variety
Coconut juice and meat

Then my cook and I went to the wet market to shop: we got goat meat, goat liver and kidneys, 4 kinds of ocean small fish, ocean dulong fish, yellow fatty beef, organic coconut vinegar, 1 kilo of blue marlin.  None of these were frozen, these are all freshly caught or killed.

Upon getting home I had:

1/2 cup of the dulong fish and squeezed 2 calamansi citrus in them just for disinfection
1 fertilized duck egg (I stole from the nest of one of our ducks)  ;D

last nights meal. I have been drying meat recently. As you can see I made lex's jerky maker. he helped me out a lot by sending the light fixture/heating source.

This morning I had pico mangoes and coconut juice with coconut milk.  A while later I had 2 fertilized duck eggs I stole from our ducks.

Just finished lunch and I had 1 small goat liver and 4 goat kidneys.

Then I peered into what our maids were eating and i snacked on some cucumber slices topped with fermented salty small raw fish (dilis).

Yeah they are dried apples. That is rendered fat in the spoon. I put it in a cup and scoop it out with the jerky, kinda like chips and dip. I know rendered fat is not raw. But...

In my situation I can not get raw pasture raised fat. So Lex sent me some rendered fat. If I had freezer storage space he would send me some raw fat.

What do you think..

Raw Grainfed or Rendered Pasture Raised Fat?

I can get grainfed fat for free from the butcher.

Yeah, probably both. I didn't even think about taste.

While some toxins might be created from the heating that the rendered fat went through, something tells me it's not as bad as the amount of toxins that gets built up and stored in the fat of the grain fed cow, due to unnatural diet and treatment, especially if its not even organic. Plus the omega fatty acid ratio issue.

Raw coconut oil vs Grass Fed Rendered Fat?   I choose rendered pasture raised fat.

Coconut oil.. -v  But I do enjoy fresh coconut. Coconut oil by itself, well I never acquired a taste for it. Its alright though. Not really  -v

Still the grass-fed fat. From what I understand, coconut oil has no omega-3s at all.

Though, funny you mention coconut oil. I just bought some today (virgin, raw) for the first time, I've never had it before. But to me it tastes really good.

I like it, but I prefer getting it from fresh coconut.

I think it melts at a much lower temperature than rendered fat, and even butter. So you could possibly make it a liquad without cooking it. That would be a treat. Dipping some meat in some warm liquad fat.

Today:- 1 half-leg of mutton/plus 5 raw oysters(unusually small, I usally get huge oysters).
