I'm into this now... fasting with just coconuts.

Also do diluted orange juice fasts.

I noticed being long enough on raw paleo when you have a good amount of nutrition... you really don't get hungry that much and can do longer and longer fasts...

If diet is correct enough, then without doing exercise weight will go to its correct range and remain there. That should be around 15-18%, body fat percentage.
If overweight, exercise is not needed to lose weight (though it can speed it up). It will correct itself with just diet. Or if underweight, then will gain weight, and still to the correct range.

If you add just exercises, and are already around 15-18%, it might lower your weight (body fat) by very little. Or might also increase it through building some more muscle, also just by a little bit. So in this regard not much change, if at all, weight wise.

If you actually train, well and correctly, then you will gain weight as muscle mass, and your body fat percentage might go to around 10% or a little bit lower.

I haven't been eating raw paleo (mostly cooked meats...but raw fish) and I lost a ton of weight when I switched to a higher fat intake.  Butter and coconut oil on/in everything and I got down to 10% with little exercise.

Anyone else lose a bunch of weight when they upped their fat intake?

There is no guarantee that the same diet would work for everyone but yes I've heard about Low carb High fat diet and it works in many cases.

You should add consuming a healthy diet necessary along with drinking more water in your weight loss program. Because drinking more water stays hydrated you from overeating. By drinking water sufficiently, you maintain your internal body organs functioning well.
