Guys and Gals,  chip in with your 2 cents why raw meat makes people healthy despite the common medical paradigm

- that raw meat is dangerous to your health
- that raw meat is full of dangerous bacteria
- that raw meat is full of dangerous parasites
- that raw meat is indigestible.
- that raw meat is dirty

etc.

For example, for eczematics / psoriatics:
- raw meat on experience is CLEAN MEAT.
- cooked meat is toxic and the body is overloaded with toxins, and has a need to express through the skin.
- raw meat digests far more easily and completely than cooked meat which results in less energy expended to digest and less waste material

I'm a psoriatic and ate raw grassfed beef and still got a flare up :'(
The meat I bought was 1 month old and it was frozen. Could that be the problem ?

depends.  If it was a detox reaction if you have not detoxed yet.

How far have you gone in your psoriasis cure protocol?

I have done a bowel cleanse and a parasite cleanse.
I have done 1 liver flush, but it did not produce any stones.
Kinda scared to do more liver flushes  :(

So more liver flushes would do the trick ? I don't have flare ups on fish.

I''m starting to get frustrated.

1 liver flush is obviously not enough. Liver flushes are not scary.  You can do egg yolk liver flushing as a paleo type flush.
1 liver flush is just warm up time.
Perhaps you should try and read AGAIN Luke's psoriasis cure journal for inspiration.

You need to go to the curezone liver flush support forum and read other liver flushers' stories.

If you read my eczema cure journal I did more than 20 liver flushes. (without raw food).  I wanted to stop doing liver flushes, that is why I switched to raw food.

If you also read Dr. Tsai's book and his 99% success rate, the journey to healing, stopping steroids, involves flare ups as part of the healing process.

If you read Aajonus, it's part of the detox process.

Once you have the mindset in place, and you know the work involved, you will see the path to being cured. Then just do it.

Fresh raw meat is not full of dangerous bacteria.
When exposed to the air it cultures good bacteria.
That is why it is hung exposed in the wet markets.

Bad bacteria happens in an anearobic environment, but as you can see when exposed to air in your refrigerator, it's all good bacteria.  Probiotics.

By experience, raw meat digests much faster than cooked meat.
In fact when starting on a raw meat diet, I was not used to having an empty stomach.
Now I appreciate that raw meat does digest fast.
And that having an empty stomach does not mean I'm hungry.
Hunger is now a different thing.
I am not burdened by continuously digesting food the entire day.

It was known more than 100 years ago that ingestion of large quantities of fat cured people of many ailments.
Eat raw meat and raw fat allows you to eat more fat than if the fat were cooked.
In my language there is a word called UMAY where you feel the "stop this is toxic" feeling of eating too much cooked fat.
I can't eat that much cooked fat.
But raw fat I can eat lots more.

So a high fat low carb diet is easily more easily accomplished on raw meat diet.
