Books on bacteria

Do you guys know any good books on bacteria and human health the bacteria in the digestive system the benefits of probiotics the need for pathogenic bacteria how to restore flora after antibiotics treatments and all this stuff and how directly it's all relates to health and well being? I need this information thanks !

I would also like to know of any books that can give a balanced pro bacteria message.

Its sad that the medical establishment demonized bacteria so extensively from the first discoveries of bacterial infections, that it failed to focus on the truth that bacterial organisms are essential for all of animal life to be able to exist. The main life force and majority of organic matter that is within all the earths creatures is generated within Bacterial life forms. It would be nice to have a comprehensive book that could explain in detail all of the interconnection and interdependency between animal life and bacteria.
