I'm new here. (obviously)

I have tried eating zero-carb several times over the years, only really coming to the conclusion that it can't be a "short term thing" just recently.
So I have started again, I feel I have a lot to learn so I will probably ask a few questions - especially about health related issues.
I'm glad I found this place.
