I used to follow a balanced workout routine daily,30 pushups,20 setups,15 minutes aerobics and to some extent weight lifting.

I have a diet enriched with fat,proteins, magnesium supplement, vitamin 4000 iu per day.This routine charges up me and gives me energy.
