To much chewing
« on: January 25, 2010, 08:00:31 am »
Hey
yesterday i finally ate my first piece of raw grass-fed round steak. After i popped it into my mouth i ended up chewing on it for a good 20-30 seconds. What does everyone else do? What about pounding it with a meat pounder? Would this make it easier to chew on?
thanks

I love chewing. I chew my raw ground beef. If you don't like chewing, just get all your meats grounded.

Most long-termers don't seem to bother with chewing, they just bolt it down.
