There are many testimonials, just on this Forum alone, and myself included that had disastrous results from attempting ZC. Its been one year since my attempt at ZC and I am still recovering from the damages done.

PaleoPhil has recently posted many articles and studies about the extreme harmful effects of ZC and might be worth checking out.

I don't mean to tell you what to do I just wish someone had mentioned the negative consequences of ZC before I tried it.

Very interesting. Noted that my cycle did end this year. Wondering what RPD foods might contribute to a higher progesterone level. I think I'd like to actually get a density screen to see if that is a factor.

Progesterone is a hormone made from cholesterol.
The body makes cholesterol from fructose.

And you feel ok taking a derivative of Soy?

This one is derived from Sunflower oil although is only Alpha.

It can be tough finding a Gamma without unwanted additives and not derived from Soy...

I have heard a few testimonials about supplemental progesterone helping to heal broken bones, burns, and other wounds.

Here it talks about bone health and progesterone.

General Discussion / Re: Fantastic Health Benefits of Butyrate
« on: November 23, 2013, 08:49:08 pm »
I definitely agree starting out slowly. It was not like my first experience with raw meat where I could eat tons of the stuff anytime and feel like running a marathon afterwards. I once ate a whole raw sweet potato early on in the trials and experienced way too much gas and uncomfortable digestion. I haven't tried it again although I would bet it would digest a lot easier. I can now eat 4 tablespoons potato starch in one sitting and only feel comfortably full :)

I am also curios if I can go into ketosis now, my first experience with ketosis proved disastrous.

I really hope to one day try poi as well.

I must attest to my personal beneficial experience as well. At first I started with the green plantains dried on a rack which gave me excessive gas and small stomach cramps and shortly after added in bobs red mill potato starch which increased the gas. After 5 weeks in it has become some of my favorite foods. I love green plantains and the way they make me feel. I have been mixing my potato starch with fermented coconut water, since I believed I was dairy intolerant, and am AMAZED at how good it makes me feel. It gives me such a euphoric and uplifted feelings having this drink in the mornings. Plus it completely takes away the constant hunger feeling I used to have prior to this. It has also stopped my cravings for coffee. I used to crave coffee in the mornings and would substitute hot water with coconut oil and/or lemon all the while still craving coffee. I have no interest in coffee what soever now. I kept meaning to thank you phil, just for sharing your experience because it inspired me to research into it. I am really thankful for everyone on this forum for sharing their experience for IMO that is the only true way to learn. Anyway RS is a staple in my diet as is Raw fat, and raw liver, and raw bones. IMO those are my most important and life giving foods right now. On days that I consume all four I feel truly blessed to have ascended from the various diseases and ailments I have been afflicted with all my life, until now :)

So I give RS a +1  !!

Was meant for a PM to jfgrout3 although his inbox is not set up due to his lack of reaching the required posts.

Hows it going jfgrout3?! I was so happy to read your experience with raw kefir and curing your diverticulitis! I have it as well and noticed that too much raw meat aggravated my symptoms. I have since learned it is because of the excess tryptophan. Anyway I currently live in Sedona Arizona and am traveling to Maui sometime early next year. Were you successful in starting a raw dairy co op in Hawaii? I am very interested in helping and lending any support I can as well as reaping the benefits ;) so email me back if this is still something you are interested in.

And by the way, thank you so much again for sharing your experience. I have access to raw grass fed dairy here and am going to be experimenting with it to see if I can benefit. from the kefir. I have already noticed a significant improvement by not eating raw meat every day and consuming large amounts of raw grass fed butter.

Looking forward to sharing notes and experience with you.

After several stings above and around my wart/mole on my leg it has considerably decreased it size. I can not even feel it if I run my finger over it and can only visibly see it now. I am out of bees at the moment so will have to postpone treatment as of now. All in all I consider it a success and a reliable means of treating certain ailments.

My new quest is to consume more bugs and insects. As long as I feel its nutritious for me I believe I am going to try it.

Not sure if this was already posted, but has anyone else seen this website? It has some very interesting information that I have only scratched the surface of...

For the first 9 months of rpd i was able to eat 1-2 lbs raw meat daily with flawless digestion. Then all of a sudden I could only tolerate 4-6 ounces a day. Not saying the same thing is going to happen to you although my theory is that my body replaced all my muscles and tissue with the raw protein and once the majority was done My body had much less use for lots of muscle meat. Then i started craving bones and cartilage probably because my diet was out of balance with favoring muscle meat.

Would it be fair to say they also choose bones and cartilage before muscle meat?

These bees come from Flagstaff Arizona where is quite forestry and pristine. Not much pollution at all. Northern Arizona is pretty clean from what I can tell.

More info about bee sting therapy and testimonials.

One of the people claim their warts fell off on their second treatment.

I have had a small wart on my leg for a year now so I am going to start applying the stingers to this area in particular from now on.

Hmm interesting. So if you have some back fat next to muscle meat do your pets always choose muscle meat?

That could be due to a diet consisting mostly of meat.
Excessive tryptophan has shown to increase aging.

I have stung my self 2-3 times a day now for the past week.

Some things I have noticed which may or may not be attributed to Apitherapy.

Increased energy (Especially after stinging myself)
Better digestion(Although this could most likely be due to my RS experiments.)
Less pain and inflammation each time I am stung.

Not sure how long people continue to sting themselves for treatment but I plan on continuing as long as I have this source of bees.
