I tried to clean my fat out out of my meat grinder with 35% HCl! thats why I know HCl does nothing to fat.

Craig mentioned the gallbladder can emulsifies fat, so I think you may have some problem with bile production.

When I order my suet I get given chunks which weigh over a kilo each! so that lasts me a few days. I unfortunatley been throwing half of my food out a week, but luckily my brothers interested in RP.

How does HCl help with fat digestion, I didnt think acid did anything to fat. In what way do you not digest fat? does it go straight through you or does it just stay in your stomach?

I put on muscle pretty easily, and raw paleo I probably need 1/3 of the exercise I require when I used to eat SAD, but  fat is the most important thing to eat.

I agree with Mike, try all types of fat, you could even try the same types of fat but from different farms.

I used to hate suet didn't agree with me and the taste made me gag(white suet), I found a great source of suet which tastes creamy and agrees with me. Once I found that supply about 1 year ago its all been smooth sailing.

(the best suet is red and yellow in colour..yum.. avoid white suet  it makes me feel ill)

I hardly think about detox much these days but my bro's starting to go RP too and he's called me up a couple of times and his having exactly the same problems I had...but I didn't know they were detox at the time.

Nightmares, I have these when detoxing and he has had trouble too, really horrible dreams,  I just thought it was the crap meat and fat Iwas eating at the time but it makes sense now.

I've heard that the liver detoxes at around 3 in morning and this makes sense as this was around the time the both of us felt ill and had/have nightmares. I detoxed recently after having alcohol, around 3 in the morning I started waking, falling back to sleep having horrible dreams...ugghhh.

I think the toxins were released by the fat I had been eating back into my blood stream making me feel ill so this made my dreams negative.

Maybe some people detox all the time and others detox at 3 in morning! Me and my brother are quite lean so this would probably mean we would detox more because of lack of body fat to store toxins away from our organs while people with body fat would would have a more cushioned detox.

Exercising on an empty stomach is obviously the way to go.

Don't worry about eating a few hours after a workout, not needed.

I believe taht to put on muscle mass just make sure your eating good in the period a day to two days after your workout when your muscles are sore.  Can't really go wrong if your eating RP though, so I wouldn't be too concerned when you eat.

I eat late at night because I excercise after work.

At the moment I eat 700 grams of ground grassfed beef mixed with 300 grams ground grassfed suet to make what I call my Meat Mix! I often freeze it for my week ahead.

I can too taste the salt in my meat mix now and half way through the day (I often do heavy lifting in hot conditions)  I usually start to crave it, especially the bloody salty taste! to get this I make sure all the blood goes into my mix, the more the better at the moment. Often stains the fat red.

It tastes better than cooked food to me now...

I'm still tweaking my Meat Mix and still plan to add organ meats which I'm still bolting after 1+ years! just not tough enough...
