carrot- and beetfed ruminant meat as good as grass-fed?
« on: May 26, 2014, 05:14:50 pm »
I was wondering due to planning to organize a small-scale cooperation for group-orders for grass-fed ruminant meats (lamb, mutton, beef, goat),  which I know will be very hard in Poland, since as  I've heard from a very reliable source practically all sheep are corn- and soyfed around here.  I know grass-fed would be a sure option, but I don't believe there are any organized grass-fed meat initiatives or consumer awareness on this issue in this country. Any thoughts on this?
