Body Builders talk about the Paleolithic Diet
I'm pretty sure they talk about cooked meat and vegs though.

I might as well post the Splendid Specimens article here for any newbies. It is a seminal piece, after all:-

Thanks and welcome, sanborn!

It looks like he was on more of a primal diet but at least he was raw and knew the benefits.
Are you a primal dieter?

Thanks Nicola,

I asked a question there. I don't think the original poster had any idea what going without added salt was really like...especially as a bodybuilder.

His book is ALMOST finished. At the publishers right now. A close total of 1200 pages on bodybuilding and it's nutritional, political and supplemental history. It's going to be an epic read.

Randy is sending me an advanced copy!
Also check out www.rawgames.org and www.bodytemplebootcamp.com and

Yes, I am on the Primal Diet.  There is a raw olympics open for paleo and primal dieters and others 80% or more raw.  The links are shown at www.wewant2live.blogspot.com

For any of you who may go to the Raw Games on the Big Island in Hawaii late in November,  Aajonus will be there participating in the games as well as giving a talk.  See http://www.wewant2live.com/site/811618/page/937343.  He is on year #38 of eating 100% raw.  For any who don't know, Aajonus is the originator of the Primal Diet.  I am busy as care taker for someone who is recovering from advanced spinal cancer (on the primal diet) so I won't be there personally but I certainly recommend the raw games.
