This to you goodsamaritan

you used to a plump guy, then turned pretty thin with pretty thin, lean arms.  My arms were starting to get too lean and think like yours, not what I wanted, why would any guy want that?!  I dont trust you're extremeism, I've tried it, and it doesnt work.

>>> My life has become very FUCKED UP because of eating such an entirely raw food diet with a lot of raw meat, now even if I have a spec of raw beef, it triggers the deadness personality and nobody wants to be around me.

Adjust adjust adjust.  What does raw fish, raw sea food, raw lamb, raw buffalo, fruits and vegetables do to you?  Don't get stuck with beef.

Health / warning - take this seriously

eating raw meat has ruined my mind

I recently stopped eating meat after eating mostly raw meat for 7 months, and am immediately a lot more like myself.   However, you get shaky after long enough time of not having meat, so I had a tiny bit of raw meat to to get rid of the shakiness, and BAM, all the symptoms came rushing back.  I have NO SOCIABILITY and likeability about myself when on the raw meats, the mentality of a crazed person on the streets overcomes me.

Raw meat Pros -

-amazing improved spinal shape
-develped butt, legs, and waist
-litte more muscle tone
-extremely calm
-stable, no dizziness
-feel very masculant, extremely high sex drive
-good for skin

Raw meat Cons (especially considering by how much people reccomend to eat of it on here and from aajonus Vonderwhatever)  I used to think AV was a healthy person, but now I see he's not mentally healthy, physically, yes, but mentally, he's not the the ideal person.

- dead personality
- eventual diminishing of bones
- extreme laziness
- extreme tiredness
- extremely removed from society because no one relates to you because no one is biologically anything like you
- no joy, no excitement, no plans for the future, not career orientated,

My life has become very FUCKED UP because of eating such an entirely raw food diet with a lot of raw meat, now even if I have a spec of raw beef, it triggers the deadness personality and nobody wants to be around me.

I'm just sharing my experience, people may be very low in protein and raw meats will be excellent, but doing it for so long, I feel like I have a toxic level of protein in my system.  But it's funny, eating cooked chicken seems to not retrigger the symtoms, but a tad of raw meat explodes them.

It did honestly incredibly improve how my spine looks, and grew my butt muscles which were non existent before, which is amazing, but it makes my mind nasty.

Wat are raw fats?  What foods do you eat to get raw fats?

It seems the truth is, "life gives life", meaning eating something as close to when it was alive is going to be digested and given to the eater as a booster of life.

I had the same thing in my early 20's.

If your really down or something has really upset you to the point of despair try sleep deprivation. Stay awake all night...you will feel better.... then go to bed early  (6pm) and then wake at 12pm. Sleep for only 4 hours. Keep this up when you need it.

And to be honest, chasing women, and playing golf isn't fun and mabe your friends actually suck...thought about that? It's time to move on.

^This is idiotic advice.

Did anything happen three years ago to destroy your intestinal flora? Appendectomy or heavy course of antibiotics?

Anyway I noticed on myself that having healthy flora is crucial. The source of friendly bacteria is fermented vegetables (pickles), milk (yoghurt, kefir, sourcream, cheese). High meat is basically fermented meat rich in bacteria that fixes your guts, this is funny how much influence guts have on brain :)

What about store bought butter?
Eating butter seems to give me a little fat to my body (A good thing!)  but i tend to get weird little bumps, acne on my face or body.  Raw butter is just too expensive and burdensome to get, and people really start to hate you for being such an extreme eater.

Let me clarify.  Depression is nothing like being depressed.  I'm talking about not being able to experience joy.  And I dont want to hear any strategies of mind alterations besides something concrete like taking some sort of high meat, food.  I can't stand the life alteration strategies to curing depression, they are a waste of time!

I'm finding that they aren't really any depression success stories.  There's really no cures on this site, nor others on the internet, just stories of improvements and coping, but no cures. It's really a nasty, living, working disease that wants to thrive.

I wonder what they actually eat

They don't look healthy to me

?

you said you have no symtpoms eat raw meat.  But you get symptoms when eating raw eggs.  Eggs are a female chicken's egg designed to connect with male chicken sperm, do you think it's nutritious?  Research peoples reactions to eating raw eggs, I find they are mostly bad, and the good ones come from people who are already healthy, and can seem to deal with the negativity of raw eggs masked by the media's brainwashing tell you that such a cheap and convenient thing is healthy.

So really, raw eggs cause you symptoms, not raw meat, right?

Welcoming Committee / Re: Beginning Raw Paleo
« on: May 21, 2012, 11:24:11 pm »
Hey, my names matt i was recently introduced to this forum by my cousin. He was telling me about the benefits and just the general outline of what the diet can consist of, and how it's so beneficial for your health and overall well being. But about four months ago I began to take an interest in gaining muscle and mass. I took a few supplements and changed my diet, and ended up gaining about 15 - 20 lbs of muscle in two months. So after discussing the Raw Paleo Diet with my cousin, I asked him if there's anyway to bulk on this diet to gain noticeable mass and muscle gains? Or is this mostly applied for health and such?

P.S Any tips to beginning this diet would be helpful. Thank you!

what was your diet that you gained 20 lbs in 2 months?

and has for tips on this diet, it's simple:

- raw grass fed/wild animals
- raw butter (unless you're in california, this isn't easy to get)
- raw honey
- raw veggie/fruit juice
- avacados/coconut
- homemade salsa
- Eventually, you'll probably need carbs, and end up cheating
- There's different opinions, but I bet if you do these things, your health is stop decreasing, and start improving

Primal Diet / Re: 100% Primal Diet Bodybuilding

A mother is bi polar, the daughter is likely to have it too because of DNA.  A kid is fat, is likely to be fat forever because of DNA.  We go to DNA because we have no solutions for these problems in the mass media.   We know that mental diseases are not hereditary, are not something you must deal with, but actually are directly caused  by what you eat.  I think SAD sends negatively impacts you one way or another. There are tons of websites out there of awed parents who discovered that following a cooked paleo diet does for their autistic children.  Reading those really makes you feel like you've been fucked with by the corporate elite by being brainwashed about what's food, and what's not.

Of course we are like our parents, but the emphasis on DNA is crap.  As long as I know it I'm happy, I don't care about helping anyone else, I guess I'm just venting on here.

Because of your DNA.. that's what determines how big you'll naturally be.
Adding muscle on top of this is hard work for everyone in my opinion, no matter how skinny or big.

^I think this is 100% wrong!

I think what and how much you eat, starting from day 1, is more of an influence of how we turn out then DNA!  Empirical evidence really makes one believe in this.

You know, there is nothing more unpleasant than someone who pretends that someone else is just making it up, when there are no grounds for believing such. Granted, there are hypochondriacs everywhere who invent fake conditions on a regular basis, but I do not have those characteristics. If I did, I would still be inventing ever new health-problems right up till now, whereas I have already stated that I had recovered ages ago. As regards depression and anxiety, they are 2 distinct, wholly separate states, as recognised in psychological circles. Afaik, though I'm no MD, depression means a lowering of mood/listlessness/lack of motivation and anxiety means being in a constant state of anxiety/fear/terror etc. I had both such conditions, therefore.

That said, I have already encountered such wilful lack of acceptance of reality among my own family. Well over a decade ago, I used to also have to sleep in the afternoons for several hours due to chronic fatigue, couldn't exercise at the gym without collapsing  and had appalling stomach-aches among many other conditions(some of which my relatives actually noticed at the time), but my own relatives  since then have altered their perceptions by pretending that I never had any such health-problems in the first place. I can see why, in a way - some of those relatives are very old, so have a faulty memory so only want to remember the good bits, but the younger ones have no such excuse - it's obvious that they are so leery of my rawpalaeodiet that they cannot, on a psychological level, accept that my rawpalaeodiet has healed me, so they pretend to themselves that I never had any health-problems to begin with - after all, to their limited mind-set, a raw-meat diet kills, so  when deaths don't happen, even after many years, they have to come up with some distortion of reality to explain away this inconvenient truth, to fit in with their paradigm.

I am aware, incidentally, that the mind does play a role in health, given the placebo effect, but only a very minor part. Health-problems really do exist, not just in the mind.

What is your diet?

Thanks for the responses from both of you, but nothing new, or nothing that I haven't already tried has been said.  I mean I've really experienced an entire personality alteration that is horrifying, that I've scoured the internet and have only found one or two other peopple who have claimed to have a similar experience, though I did finally find someone out there describing the same thing as me.  I've been trying high meat, and it's not bad for me, but for it curing me, it does very little. I think the only way is to be entirely on stimulants for the rest of my life, or get the circuts in my brains replaced and reconnected.  For over three years I haven't felt like I'm me, or I'm in control of my thoughts and actions.  You know that scene in the exorcist where the little girl writes "help me" on her own stomach from inside, that describes me well.

Health / Depression success stories?
« on: May 19, 2012, 09:59:30 am »
I deal with zero ability to socialize and have fun with anybody, it's like my brain really has zero of anything that used to be me.  I'm 23 now, and this happened at age 20, but before age 20, I played golf, did trips and activities with friends, went to a lot of parties, liked to drink socially, played soccer, played music, went to concerts, chased girls, etc.  I don't do any of this stuff anymore, and when I try, it's like I never liked it in my life.  I be with friends and have zero feeling of fun or enjoyment, zero interest in golf, and after a sip of beer, all these symptoms are magnified and I become really silent and tired and depressed, when before I used to drink and it would make me feel good, and often function better at parties.  Now, I function worse after some alcohol, which doesnt make sense to me, and don't tell me to change my values on this one!  Is there anyone who has had this and reversed it and got their old self back?

I think the "dumb" and maybe un prideful, blunt, "truthiness", raw questions are the ones that we actually get valuable answers from instead of the casual, pleasant, easy, polite, asshole ones that are people acting like societal idiots at its best.

To answer the question though, it's rotten, weeks, months, even year old meat that you eat.  It's a stupid name, sounds like one is supposed to eat lots of meat, but actually, it's moldy meat.

Primal Diet / Re: 100% Primal Diet Bodybuilding

Primal diet. Though i don NOT consider myself to be a bodybuilder. The term bodybuilder is most often used to describe to mindless, drug addicted, genetic freaks that dominate that world nowadays.

I have been doing HIT for several years with rather good results. Since going primal i improved quite a bit. For those who can tollerate dairy without any problems(like me) the primal diet is probably the best for bodybuilding puposes. I'm 1,78mtr and 99Kg at 12%bodyfat. I've been leaner and can be again without much effort but I feel healthier like this. I'm with AV on bodyfat, its necessary in our toxic world.

So you eat a lot of raw cow butter?

How do you get yours?

Primal Diet / Re: 100% Primal Diet Bodybuilding

There are body builders who are already big guys/gals, and really all they need to do is to get that cut, muscular look.  Then they are underweight people who usually work out tons, and never gain anything, and usually just waste their muscle.  The primal diet bodybuilding is about becoming big and powerful, but that's only gonna work if your body is capable of growing.  Why are some skinny, and some big?  From what I know, eating raw paleo is the best way to grow.

Health / Ambition and Success
« on: May 04, 2012, 02:26:41 am »
I think many of us want success, achievements, jobs, social status, want to go to parties, and celebrate.  I personally only am doing raw paleo to try and recover my skill and ability at these things.  I'm here purely because of mental illness, and nothing really physical.  On rpd, I am "gel'ed", relaxed, calm, and take care of myself, but I don't have much ambition, and certainly am not competing with anyone.  Is there anyone out there who is strict raw paleo and is just as ambitious, active, goal orientated, seeking life with enthusiasm in normal society?

From what I can find out about the truth about this man, I generally believe him, and think he looks good enough, and probably better than how he'd look eating SAD.
