Great knowledgeable resources for agriculture and nutrition

Over the past year or so, every time I come across some great knowledgeable people, I write them down for later reference. Most of these people have videos on youtube and oneradionetwork.com(which is an awesome site). I like these people because they tell it like it really is unlike big gov, pharma and agriculture, and the hilarious food pyramid.
