All I can think about when I read stories like that is how much money we're not making, while "experts" like that empty-headed little person are making a good living blogging and such.

Yes, I know... We ought to be raking it in because of our honesty, but it never happens.... What is so absurd is how difficult it is to get people to switch from cooked to raw. Most people who end up doing our diets are those who have tried everything else and failed utterly.....

In addition to adding cooked animal foods like fish and eggs, it looks like that blogger also added cooked plant foods like quinoa, sweet potato, tempeh, tofu, ... basically shifting in the opposite direction, and she now thinks that her raw diet was "orthorexic" and claims her health improved dramatically with the cooked foods she added to her raw diet. Reminds me of another semi-famous bleach-blonde ex-raw vegan, Freelee, who also claims to be doing well after adding cooked plant foods to her diet. What are your thoughts?

That's a good point, potentially, Phil about the quinoa, etc.. If those happen to be foods that have a lot of whatever nutrients she was needing at the moment, then they could be a big part of her recovery.

In other news, Freelee is another empty-headed person, infinitely my intellectual inferior, and not capable of the mental task of understanding why veganism is a...fruitless....endeavor. LOL

Anyone who posts here regularly have a blog they regularly post to? I just started one (EricGarza.info), and while I do plan to talk about food and nutrition these topics will be among many I talk about.

Nice pun Cheri ;D

I remember Tyler claiming years ago that vegetarians live longer than avg. IIRC, when I looked into it, there were studies that supported Tyler's claim. Granted, people who call themselves vegetarian were also found to eat more fish than avg. lol

Good luck with the new blog, Eric. I don't have an active blog, just an old inactive one.
