Chasing women is fun. I think I mean't out in clubs.

Talking of clubs, the paleo way was easier.

I had the same thing in my early 20's.

If your really down or something has really upset you to the point of despair try sleep deprivation. Stay awake all night...you will feel better.... then go to bed early  (6pm) and then wake at 12pm. Sleep for only 4 hours. Keep this up when you need it.

And to be honest, chasing women, and playing golf isn't fun and mabe your friends actually suck...thought about that? It's time to move on.

Pretty much every yahoo ID was taken when I tried to become a member of the Raw Vegetables and Animal Foods RVAF forum so I picked the name of an Aboriginal place where I had worked.

I like it.

Maybe I was wrong with my last post. Sorry.

I think the psychological aspect is strong (IMHO of course...)

I've been reading your post for years and this is the first that you have said you have had depression. You have talked of mood boost's before from high meat before not recovery from depression.

Hey Freaks!

I use Dropbox for my business does anybody know a file sharing service which is better? cheaper? free? more space?

Something that a few employees can use. As we are a startup keeping costs low is important at the moment.

Looking forward to some good info.

No... wait... depopulation globalists hate polygamy because:

- polygamy builds strong families
- they make more babies, more people

What about the men without wives?

I'm a bit dubious about cancer at the moment. A lot of cancers go away by themselves.

Welcome anyways strong mum!

Bit annoyed at the moment. I get 7kg of fatty grassfed ground beef from a local butcher and the last few weeks it's been hard to eat.

I know what grassfed meat looks and tastes like and this is not grassfed or very poor quality. I'm hoping that it's just a seasonal thing. I eat so much ground meat I'm a connoisseur of all it's it's flavours and colors! Bit desperate for the real stuff right now.

soft new pink skin has pretty much replaced the old skin thick skin that  I had on my feet for years.

I kept up with external use on my feet. I missed maybe a week near the start and I think you can't do that,  it sets you back a fair bit.

The skin on my face was getting better but I missed quite a few days and had to start again. Anyone thinking over trying this I would say apply at least once a day and let it soak in. It takes a few month  to fully heal. Works really well for calluses, cracked skin and psoriasis.

Nah it's been applying glycerin to skin what has done it so far.

It's nothing to do with moisure but helping normal skin grow from the lower levels. That's what glycerin mediates.

Glycerin is a part of tryglicerides (1 molecule glycerol + 3 molecules of fatty acids), which are part of all fats. It's like 10% of fats (shorter-chain ones have a higher percentage, the longer chain fats have less), so with 100g of fats you already get 10g of glycerol..
In the liver it gets converted to glucose. Basically it's a sugar like glucose, fructose, etc.

Weird how eating lots of fats never helped my heels that much.

DR is an Alpha male

I think DR looks better now than then, Lateral growth of the cheek bones had occurred since his baby faced old photos but this can happen as someone grows older regardless of diet. Most alpha's have strong cheek bones. On raw paleo he could of been a Manny Pacquiao.

Still full of shit though.
