Probably i don't need to drink this juice, but, I have an extended family who's on cooked paleo. I'm not familier with Kamote plants. Can I grow them in New york?

I remember Craig once saying that his body became very acidic after being on a raw vegan diet. So I am somewhat sceptical re plant foods being alkalising.

I have to agree with GoodSamaritan, Kamote Tops are not only a great way to alkalize the body but also to provide some vitamins and nutrients not found in fat or meat.  I believe that a balance of raw organic vegetable juices along with a meat/fat diet (as recommended by AV) are a great way to get all the vitamins, minerals, and nutrients your body needs.

yes, it was amazingly tasty! i thought it would suck (a lot) because i'd never really liked any kind of green juice. delicious though. but then (if i remember correctly) i drank it again the next day and it wasn't very appetizing. tasty if you need it, but don't force it down just because.
