There are some  Rawpalaeos I know who've been following a raw animal food diet for over 14 years, so there should have been another option or two - though, admitedly, most of those are on other RPD forums.

3 years (50%) now eating RVAF the last 2 years 95% RVAF. Now zero carb carnivore.

I now believe grassfed meat/organs/fat and water is all I need although I've been thinking about edible clay lately. No supplements, plant foods, seafood, probiotics, anti fungals etc etc...

Cured IBS/bloated stomach (10years)
Asthma
Now have pink gums
Used to have loose/soft teeth/cavities filled in
Migraines
Itchy throat
Flakey eyelids
Severe hayfever
Dry skin
candida improved.
I havent been sick with anything for at least 3 years and can't rember what having a cold is like.
Overheating
Cold hands/feet
Havent had a coldsore since started eating raw animal foods.
Dense muscles
Veins and muscles stick out.
Increased resitance to sun.
Never smell
Only got to the toilet once every 3 days.
Can go for long periods without eating
Don't need sweet foods
Stong bones
More defined jaw and cheek bones.
Clear eyes
Sleep between 5-7 hours and always feel refreshed and can get away with even less and still feel good throughout the day.
No wrinkles
No dark rings under eyes
Strong nails
No heart palpitations
Don't drink much water
Can handle high temperatures

Wait, you only do #2 once every three days??  I don't know if that's a good thing...?
I've been wondering about edible clay also but I don't know where to find it or how to make it.  (I have seen something here though:
http://globalrecycledproducts.com/2008/01/16/how-to-make-cheaper-and-edible-clay/)  <- is it really that easy to make edible clay?  Would that be allowed on RPD?

Wow, Andrew!  Hey, have you kept track of weight or body fat changes?  And what do you mean by increased sensitivity to the sun?

I tell you what, people like you and Lex have really helped shake up some of the long held dogmas of mine, like plants are needed for health.  But it's a process.  I may always eat some plants.  Or maybe I'll go no plant in time.  I dunno.  But I do know that increased carnivory has improved my health.  And it saves money.

THE SLEEP!  Yeah, I have noticed that recently.  I have always had improved sleep since beginning a semi raw animal food diet over 16 months ago.  But this winter, with less plant foods, I sleep really soundly and naturally wake up after 7 hours, instead of the usual 8.

Keep it up, mon ami!

I dont weigh myself that much doesnt really change. My muscles are dense, no water or inflamation.
I meant decreased sensitivity to sun. Whoops!
Meat is cheap and filling and good for the environment. We both get our meat from local farmers. Compare this to deluded vegans shipping their cocoa nibs from Sth america, dates from California and coconuts from Guam!
Also with sleeping my face isnt squashed up an puffy when i get up

Andrew, can you pee if you don't drink water? How do you get/stay hydrated and eliminate waist if you don't drink?

Can you live with out training or is this a must to feel good? How much do you exercise and do you feel totally healthy (metal and fiscal) or do you feel a bit health/food obsessed?

Many people do not need any special diet, don't know much about diet and have never been extreme with food/life; they are simply people and seem to make their way). Is this just our generation; too much to consume - my parents just ate and didn't have all this obsession when they grew up!

Nicola
