Logout causes 'Internal Server Error'

If I click on 'Logout' sometimes I get the message 'Internal Server Error ...'

??

I'll need a pattern here.
See if it is due to a browser, or due to an internet connection.
I cannot replicate this in my setup at the moment.
My first suspect would be the http firewall.
