Hey everyone, I am a huge supporter of Paleo! I changed my lifestyle to the Paleo lifestyle about 1 1/2 years ago and have had nothing but improvement ever since.

It has been a great ride and I would like to share what I have learned along the way, so I can help others accomplish their goals.

I'm stoked to be a part of your community  :D
