At about 350 pounds I had lots of problems. I had heart palpitations, gallbladder problems, eczema, sleep apnea, joint pain...
Most all problems have gone along with the 142 pounds I've lost.  I've put my story in a blog. Check it out.

With the sudden death of my wife of 37 years because of diet, I knew I had to make a lifestyle change.
In the past 19 months I've lost 142 pounds thanks to the Paleo/Low Carb lifestyle.
