BMI isn't much use unless you say your BF% too. Could have lots of muscle/dense bones.

BMI-22.7
1 1/2 weeks raw meat
1 month ZC
3 years LC/VLC

While I agree that a BMI number is not terribly representative without a bodyfat percentage I think it's adequate for the general public. It's only when you start building significant muscle mass that it skews unfavorably (e.g. at one point I was measured at less than 5% BF but by the calculator I was still a BMI of 20.9).

What is your current Body Mass Index? BMI?

Around 18.5 I reckon. I'm not so into BMI or weight. I'm about 10 stone and six foot [nine stone ten or so and six foot one if I count half inches and weigh/measure myself in the nude first thing in the morning).

How long have you been on RPD?

errr... five months only proper. But I was half on it for years. This is the first time I went it proper though and I won't ever eat bad processed foods again.

What variant of RPD do you currently practice?

RPD-wise? Fruitarianism... [I have some cooked animal protein sometimes but that's not RPD.)

BMI is 24.8.
Bodyfat about 10-12% (fluctuates)

Not sure how much stock I put in BMI, look at almost any athlete, they are almost all over BMI.  ^ I can already see the deluge of replies about how they might not be our best role models.

Personally, I'm shooting to get into the 'overweight' category. And maintain about 8% body fat.  After that I want to learn gymnastics.

I cycle between low carb raw meat eating, and moderate carb for quick recovery.

Raw meat / RPD for almost 2 years now.

BMI about 18,5

Fat % about 22.  l)
Quite a lot Fat, I think.. hrm. Maybe because I exercise very little. Or because I´m a woman?

I eat about 2p.(could be more or less) ripe Fruit at daytime, some greens, in the evening about 0,7 p. meat, organs or fisch, sometimes eggs.. maybe some seeds/nuts. Somhow like that :)
Raw (all inkl.) about 3 years.
At the beginning my body fat dropped into 14%, my weight was only 101,5 pounds at 5,5ft. But after half a year I started to gain weight (fat, I think..hihi)

I've been 8 years on raw animal food diets, 7.5 on rawpalaeo. My BMI ratio (roughly is):-

26.4(I checked my weight ages ago and can't be bothered to check just now). I don't believe in BMI, naturally, as it's so misleading re calculations.
Title: yoga

It seems like a hot new trend, but yoga actually began more than 3,000 years ago in India. The word yoga is Sanskrit (one of the ancient languages of the East). It means to "yoke," or unite, the mind, body, and spirit.

Although yoga (http://www.sivanandabahamas.org/Yoga.htm) includes physical exercise, it is also a lifestyle practice for which exercise is just one component. Training your mind, body, and breath, as well as connecting with your spirituality, are the main goals of the yoga lifestyle.

The physical part of the yoga lifestyle is called hatha yoga. Hatha yoga focuses on asanas, or poses. A person who practices yoga goes through a series of specific poses while controlling his or her breathing. Some types of yoga also
