Naturaly carbonated water

I personally hate drinking still spring water most of the time. It just doesnt make me feel good. Some good sparkling mineral water such as appollinaris is very welcome for me however on occasion.

Its also very good with honey and lemon when you stomach is acidic.

I definitely enjoy sparkling water.  It's usually what I drink at home.

I only drink tapwater these days as it is much healthier than in many other cities.

Vienna in Austria, Lech am Arlberg and Ventimiglia in Italy. It all comes from local mountain-streams.

appolinaris is my favorite.

so is the italian water spring water or not spring water since its from the streams. I heard your not supposed to drink unflitered stream water. Do they add anything to it?

on a side note. Had to drink nothing but sparkling water for 2 days after running out of milk. I really felt like crap. I crave the sparkling every once in a while but it definitly cant replace milk for me. I instantly felt better as soon as i could get a hold of milk again.

were those studies done on raw or pasteurized milk. My understanding is that heating any food causes it to turn into a sort of narcotic.
