Again and again, I find articles in the media about how inflammation is directly linked to aging and deaths due to aging-related causes. The above article is a case in point. Please bear in mind that heat-created toxins(ie advanced glycation end products, advanced lipoxidation end products, nitrosamines, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, heterocyclic amines etc.)  created by cooking, and the latter two types also being present in car-exhaust fumes and cigarette-smoke, are all key instigators of inflammation, according to many studies.
