Popcorn and cereals have to be cooked, unlike fruit, so inevitably are far more harmful due to their content of heat-created toxins.

No they don't.
Yes they do. Popcorn must be processed as do cereals. Only exception is "Essene  Bread" which has its problems like any other grains.
