Indeed, other people I know have reported benefits from mk-7, and natto has long been a traditional food in the far east. I was merely responding to the question of what Weston Price's activator-x was, which was mk-4, and I suspect that mk-4 is even better than mk-7. That's not to say that someone couldn't necessarily benefit even more by consuming both mk-4 and mk-7. I reserve judgment on that, pending whatever the evidence will show.
