Primal Diet / Re: Planning to ask the following things from Aajonus
« on: May 17, 2010, 12:52:20 am »
Okay.. For most of these, he didn't have a proper view, which was predictable.

Some noteworthy things:

- He told me to make beet part of my vegetable juice (10% at the beginning), they should help with extremely poor digestion, when all else fails (high-meats/organs, clay, earthworms..)
- Bees are developed (suprisingly?) to handle sugar better, so it's not death-serious nor a good thing to do.
- It's okay to drink milk from farm that uses artificial insemination (- especially if you don't have a choice  ;))
- Berries or eggs are (drug)detoxing itself: you don't have to combine them
- It's important to eat cheese before meal, to prevent poisons going to food

Is this too revealing? I mean, should these be only for personal use..

And what was depressing to hear, was the condition of my bowel. Based on my own analysis, he told that I've lot of penicilin in my intestine-area. As I remember his older writings over penicilin, it takes so much time to heal gut of that poison.

"A long way to go.. At least, you're on the right track."

Let's move forward, said grandma in the snow.

It took about 2 years from me (with long period of bad foods at the beginning) to notice the change. Let's take a look again after a year, so be patience..  ;)

Yes, there's tiny minority with really blonde hairs, especially in Scandinavia. I'm not saying that only dark hairs are healthy. But don't worry, you're getting healthier all the time, so do your hairs. When did you start eating RPD?

Your change might be absolutely normal and based on hormones. Many childs with blonde hairs turn darker over time. I don't believe that toxins would cause radical color change, but they influence to the quality and thickness.

Raw foods have darken my hairs and I consider dark/medium dark hairs healthy. Besides that, they're thick like bearskin nowadays, that they were never before.

Primal Diet / Planning to ask the following things from Aajonus
« on: April 07, 2010, 01:45:13 am »
My shcedule has been busy for this spring. Originally, I planned to call him in January. However, these things have kept me pensive for a long time. Surely no one knows the full truth, I'm just asking his view.

- Effects of artificial insemination among cows
- Honey from sugar-fed bees, safe or not
- Juicing wild herbs
- How to clean drug residues without egg smoothies
- How the body gets rid of radioactive waste
- Does EMF (electromagnetic fields) affect to food or make it's bioavaibility and/or nutrient level lower (my hypothesis)
- How much fat do I need daily, when high pollution levels doesn't exist

And so on. I hope that he understands the questions correctly, which didn't happen last time. Maybe it was my fault.

I'll keep you updated!

Yes, I found many good organic (some of them 100% grass-fed) sources of Angus-meat near me.

This one was very tasty cut:

My butcher skims all fat off, which sits right under the skin. And the meat itself hasn't any.

Btw, lambs are often vaccinated when they are born. Even laws for organic farming allow vaccinations.

Ps. I get soon my first piece of heavy marbled meat, from Aberdeen Angus-herd (like Kobe). So far, I've been eating Limousine and Hereford only.

« on: March 28, 2010, 06:10:37 pm »
Time after time, I noticed how indigestible plain lean meats are. They just go throught me causing weakness, nausea, hunger, metallic taste in the mouth and weigh loss. Maybe lamb is the worst example to this, being totally fatless, 0%.

Now I see the importance of fats. Symptoms that are listed above, are propably from heavy toxicity. The body strenghens and cleans itself, but cannot flush poisons down. Even my memory isn't working without. Maybe it has something to do with the brain consistence, as they're the fattiest part.

From now on, I'll focus to fatty cuts, tongue and tallow.

Just a reminder for others, who turn on slowly..  :)

General Discussion / Dry bone marrow..
« on: March 19, 2010, 01:15:18 am »
..as a sign of bad quality? (organic, without grain-finishing, young animal, 95% grass-fed)

This marrow was from the long bone. The structure is floury and there's only a bit of taste, if at all.

When I finally found good source of milk, I got to know about this. Yes, I'm talking about "organic" agriculture!

There's four different stages of antibiotic and laboratory-chopped egg in frozen sperm.

What the hell they're doing in the cow's womb? I quess that they destroy cow's ability to produce healthy offspring. Afterwards, making the milk harmful. I've never got such great benefits from manufacture farm milk than hand-milked, truly grass-fed stuff from free cow/goat.

Itching, yellowish skin, braing fog, weight loss and many more symptoms are reality when less meat is available and I have to use more milk.

Health / Re: Getting constipated when eating fish.
« on: March 13, 2010, 05:27:39 pm »
Herring and other small fishes are full of dioxins and other highly toxic substances, especially if they come from the inner sea. You wouldn't even touch that stuff if you knew what they've in them. The Baltic sea is propably one of the most polluted seas after the Gulf of Mexico, carrying poisons from radioactive waste to oil and agriculture chems. When I ate raw, wild-caught salmon from the Baltic sea, I got extreme nausea every time. That's why ocean wild-caught fish is always more preferable.

Do you eat farmed salmon? I recall Aajonus saying that he has seen only one good fish farm during his whole life, that gave proper nutrition to the fishes.

Brady, you've a lot alike problems than I do. Underweight (I'm about 10st too, height 5"7), digestive problems, fatique, northern location etc.

Lack of hydrochloric acid still causes me stomach pains. You can check it from your eye: if you have lilac ring around your pupil (stomach area), you lack it. So your body cannot utilize protein, and therefore, other nutrients well, making the body frustrated, toxic and bad-working. Vegetable juices are helpful for me, especially with raw apple cider vinegar. As well as clay and herbs for some reason.

High-organs or meat, butter&honey, eggs, berries and wild-caught fish might be good and easily digesting food for you, based on my own experience with sicknesses.

Health / I would like to..

If this kind of topic already exists, please remove this. What do you expect from yourself (when we're talking about health issues)? What are your targets? Continue the following topic above.

I would like to

- Get rid of underweight, that seems to be impossible to gain.
- Have rich, completely ezcema-free, healthy looking skin, not paper-white, translucent skin.
- Have more mental clarity and less roller coaster/loss of memory.
- Stay alive, when my body dumps drugs and other toxic mucus material to the stomach.
- Get some colour to my colourless hairs (I'm in my twenties)
- Get more RPD-friendly foods, like organs and bone marrow.

It's your turn.

Primal Diet / Re: The Inuit diet - detoxing or not?
« on: February 06, 2010, 09:00:57 pm »
Well, I would suggest moving to the Arctic where there's more opportunity re getting hold of raw whale blubber etc.

That´s my goal.  :)

Primal Diet / The Inuit diet - detoxing or not?
« on: February 06, 2010, 08:51:24 pm »
Aajonus has developed his diet especially for cleansing. He claims that food like veg juices, butter and honey, are the optimal foods for that purpose. For example, what makes the butter so special, if we compare it to seal blubber? Nutrients or X-factor? Better absorption?

I`m not saying that there´s nothing "wrong" in his ideology. What`s your opinion:

Are those foods more valuable for detoxing, cleansing and healing than foods used by traditional Inuit? Should I be diamond-eye healthy that I can digest whale blubber, or seal meat?

Maybe some day I´ll try the Inuit diet..  ;)

Nitrogen, oxygen and carbon dioxide are the most commonly used.

Safe or not? Some people say they`re acting like chemicals, killing bacteria etc.

Health / Re: food poisoning AGAIN

At the beginning of my journal, I suffered from food poisoning too.

You`ve the same problem as I did: frozen meat. It should be eaten immediately after thawing, if at all.

Give a try for fresh meat and forget those parasite things.

If someone asked me what I think about Nokia..

Anywhere you look, there`s a mast after mast. They`re known to cause wide spectrum of disease: from leukemia to headache. Only one mast pollutes 20km to every direction. And yes, we`re living in the middle of nowhere. How is this possible? Who needs so great connections? Nobody.

I believe in "conspiracy theory". Depopulation, mind control and slavery.

Nuclear power, masts, gmo, vaccines.. "...they`re more powerful than bombs, they`re more powerful than guns. They`re the best way to control population" - from Monsanto-video. As you propably know, half of this country is polluted by Tshernobyl radioactive waste. That material keeps radioactive for many thousands of years and gets enriched in natural cycle. 70% of our people don`t want GMO here. Guess what? It`s already here. All of these are potential killers. Not only for us, but for every living creature.

Let me know what you think about this.

How far we can just watch this without doing anything?

Welcoming Committee / Re: Hello from Estonia
« on: January 27, 2010, 08:39:38 pm »

Is there any eu or british law stating raw cheeses should be irradiated? Or is it done to preserve shelf life?

Hygiene (twisted concept!) and longer shelf-life are reasons for that. You have farmer markets in UK, so you don`t have to worry.

jarnapal

Organic products aren`t irradiated.

Hi Jarnapal and greetings from the other side of the border!

Blushing is almost always a subconscious reaction. Anyhow, there`s several types of redness. Since your reactions developed after consuming better food, I would not be concerned about it. Don`t be unsure.

Do you know Aajonus? He told me that we shouldn`t worry about immune system. Medical "professionals" get benefit from your fear. So, don`t think your cortisol levels. They`ll normalize over time. Hardly any of us recommends synthetic vitamins. Vitamin C a.k.a ascorbic acid, is strongly irritating poison.

I recall that you mentioned ground beef. Whole cuts are always preferable, because they don`t oxidize as much.

Pork is never recommended, due to un-special grain-feeding.

The EU gives you all kind of problems. Use of gaseous carbon dioxide (-80) in slaughterhouses is one. Tonfish isn`t a clever choice, they`re always halfly raised. As well as other seafood like oysters, due to radiation (herbs, fruits and raw cheeses are radiated also).

Find out every potential hunter and small-scale (organic) farmer.

General Discussion / Re: Detoxing Of Cosmetics From The Body
« on: January 25, 2010, 05:28:41 pm »
To your first question: I would say yes. I was heavy hairspray/gel and perfume user, and my eye marks really show it.

Sometimes my body smells like school/junk food. Sometimes I can taste cought medicine in my mouth. It´s interesting to see, how the body gets rid off toxins. OT: My right eye shows massive concentration of drugs (orange color in intestines). When that mass starts to dissolve, there`s no reliability if I`m going throught that detox alive. Deadly amounts of poisons.

If you would like to learn iridology yourself, I suggest you buy the following book: Iridology: The Science and Practice in the Healing Arts, Vol. 2. Written by Bernard Jensen, the father of iridology.

Yes, and it`s way tastier.

I`m going to start with five beehives this spring..

Willow, cloudberry, blueberry, cranberry, fireweed, lingonberry, raspberry, dandelion, clovers and currants are the principal nectar plants here.

99,5% of beekeepers use heatable machines to get the wax off.

One old farmer told me that those gadgets destroy about 30% of the honey.

Therefore, all honeys are more or less harmful, whether organic or not, unless you know an amateur beekeeper, who does everything by hand.
