Bad Body Odor
« on: March 04, 2010, 09:13:07 am »
I've been on the Primal Diet for maybe 6 months now eating only raw beef, raw butter, and sometimes raw milk, raw cream, raw chicken, and raw fish.  The beef and dairy was all grass fed, chicken was organic, and fish was wild caught.  I've been getting complaints about my body odor for a long time, but I heard this diet is suppose to improve our odor and it has not.  I'd love to hear any experiences with improving body odor.  I dont want to wear any deodorant that is not all organic and the organic stuff doesnt work.

Use lemons or limes.
Wipe your underarm a few times a day.
I would suspect the dairy.
Try going without the dairy.

Are you pooping regularly?

Do you eat fruits and veges? Your still using deoderant to right? I use an all natural alternative one.

In addition to what they said, green juices help with that.  Which juices were you supposed to be using?  Or did he give you some other kind of regimen?  You don't need fruit for odor, but yeah, if I go without green juices too, although nobody complains, sometimes I can smell what I don't like, I do my green juice and it's gone.  Plain milk is a major contributor, you should get some kefir grains.

I believe "liferegenerator" on YouTube recommends parsley juice for body odors.

Yeah, parsley veggie-juice is fine for that. I avoid veggie-juice, myself, and go in for organic deodorants mostly. Though I do try trust deodorant for mountain-hiking and the like. The latter product contains some herbs but is non-rpd-friendly given that it contains petroleum jelly and some similiar substances. But it does the trick , kills off all surface bacteria for days on the relevant skin.....
