How do I change my email?

Hi
I recently started using a new email address because I like gmail more than yahoo. I rarely check my old one. How would I change the one currently listed to my raw paleo forum account?

Click "Profile" (at the top), then "Account Related Settings" at the left under Modify Profile. From here you should see the field to change your email. After you change it to what you want, you just enter your password where it asks for it and click "Change Profile."
