Frozen Liver?
« on: August 15, 2010, 02:52:24 am »
Hi everyone, kind of new to this and i have a quick question. I can't always get fresh liver but have no trouble getting frozen grass-fed liver. I was wondering if i should let it thaw out like other meat before eating it, or if it was fine to eat it while still frozen in small cubes?

I eat it both ways but prefer it semi-thawed (still mostly frozen) in little cubes. :)

I cut them into thin strips, freeze & then use a few strips with an egg shake about once every 2-3 weeks
