I don't see anything in my profile, only email/password changes. Is there a post# requirements before Avatar is available??

I believe we set it to 15 posts.

I'm not sure about the minimum but I can confirm that you need to have a certain number of posts before the options are available to you. Most likely to stop spam accounts and the like.
