Is there a big difference in the nutrient value with bone marrow, vs the fat found in meat, grass fed that is.
 And what is the difference between suit and fat, sold by Slankers, I want to add some fat into ground eye of round.
 Which would be best

 I have eaten raw fish for over 30 years, and am a sushi chef.
 It is rare, but the possibility of contracting anisakis with raw fresh salmon is not worth the risk.
  Freezing it first will kill anisakis.

Yes, an overload of nutrients, be they iron, copper, etc. Your body will usually try to flush them out one way or another; diarrhea or vomiting .

  Thanks, kinda new to eating things such as liver and heart, I eat maybe two pounds total of each.
              hope that is ok. l)
