Interesting, I see WP has a nice revision control system too, but we should not rush in with different structures atm. The more important thing is getting enough interest for the raw work.

LOL! Now you know where you can get a source of fresh highly nutritious RAF!  >D

Ever heard of "Chinese fetus soup"?

Ok, this discussion IS getting weird.

Interesting thing about the gallbladder movement. Maybe it's better to slowly phase off eating fat before a longer fast.

Anybody has more info on eating fat prior to fasting?

I think the reason it has not spark too much interest yet is because it seems like too big a task for the moment. I could try to split each chapter into little bits of ideas and expand from there.

Another solution is to pay someone else to aggregate the huge amounts of info in this forum (this forum generates 500+ posts per week). I was thinking of Elance, but I'm not sure I'll be pleased with the results. There is also the risk that a nonpaleo eating person may involuntarily insert their own preconceptions into the mix.

A working "advanced search" function would be of great help too!

I wonder what happens if you make high meat out of it?

I dont know why, but sometimes cream can easily be shaken into butter and other times it takes forever and it never separates.

Anybody experienced that?

Ok, KD, thanks to have answered in such a lengthy post. Sorry, but I won’t spend hours again painfully trying to clearly understand each of your points and answering to every one… with for results that again a few minutes latter I receive an equally lengthy, convoluted, wide of the mark and somehow insulting answer. I've got other things to do.

Good luck.

and second false statement, you do not find bacteria within human body, ONLY IN THE COLON, the rest of human body is sterile.

ys, where did get that info?

Have a look here:

"Strictly by the numbers, the vast majority — estimated by many scientists at 90 percent — of
the cells in what you think of as your body are actually bacteria, not human cells."

All women are.

Anybody tried the NLP technique of recalling/amplifying the effect of a drug? It is based on the fact that the effect is your body's reaction to the drug and you can re-experience it again without taking it.

His theory sounds a lot like Wrangham's, but he makes some interesting points regarding the intelligence of the gut.

Looks like some people already added some comments about raw meat to his video:

raw-al, how much do you make with that food processor in one round and what does it look like?

The problem I would have with shaking is that it would be like a serious workout for the usual 3-4 kg of butter I need.

That looks like a variety of grain, so it should be reason enough to replace with something else.

Wow, I thought this thing was in discussion but according to this video it already started.

How do you interpret those values to get adrenal fatigue?

Most of them seem to be in range.

That is a huge question which can only be answered accurately by reading the book.

I dont understand why you need a whole book to briefly explain how did he come up with that number.

This 9.5 thing is in contradiction with Aajonus theory that as one gets more and more clean, the sleep requirements should get lower.

Cooking started because of a necessity to get more calories out of plant food, such as grains.

Now, if you were on a deserted island and you could only collect grains/roots, what would you do? Would you try fermenting, cooking or sprouting them?

... He also says a minimum of 9.5 hours of sleep from September on.

Why the exact 9.5 hours of sleep? How do you determine that? What if you sleep 9.4?
