One of the best videos I've ever found explaining current health and agriculture. Who cares if the guy is not raw paleo. I think he doesnt believe in grains or dairy. The guy is so smart and explains things logically and simply for us. Hes got the disease problem figured out while modern medicine hasnt a clue how to cure. As a matter of fact IDK if curing is even in medical vocabulary. It produces a lot more money to have people on medications their entire lives than a one time cure. If they found a cure for cancer, would big pharma and medicine allow it? They'd lose a lot of money. Anyway watch all of parts of his lecture to get the benefit of it. He explains how we are only as healthy as the soil, and I couldnt agree more.

I couldn't find the video with the after picture of that female bodybuilder. I sat here for a while trying to find it because I was so interested. Also some of the videos don't play right for me, but youtube does keep telling me my browser is outdated so maybe it's just me.

Time.  I have to spend more time increasing income.
Can you point me to weights that do not consume time?
I'm thinking what Paul Check says about 20 mins. a day.

I love that part, its funny how they dont know that even chickens, turkeys, birds, pigs, and many other animals are carnivorous as well. :P
