As far as heat and air conditioning is concerned, we in this hot tropical climate depend on air conditioning in our homes and motels to have sex. Otherwise sex when summer hot and humid is indeed uncomfortable, poor people have sex at cool hours of the night. Ah, but when young in your teenage years, you don't really care... sex is electric when you are young.

I recall an article on Siberia where it was mentioned that people there had sex far more frequently than elsewhere. This was partly because there would be frequent electricity blackouts so that there was nothing to do in the dark during waking hours except have sex, plus it was a great way to keep warm.
