Like to hear opinions on this topic.

Are they a good idea?

What purpose?

Which ones?

Thanks.

Doesn't really matter to be honest.  "After Jesus called the crowd to Him, He said to them, "Hear and understand. 11"It is not what enters into the mouth that defiles the man, but what proceeds out of the mouth, this defiles the man." 12Then the disciples came and said to Him, "Do You know that the Pharisees were offended when they heard this statement?"

Yeah, in others words don't listen to anything I have to say.  That is the best wisdom I could give you.  :)

A wide variety of raw foods, such as raw organ-meats or raw shellfish is all one needs re getting enough trace minerals. Unless one is consuming lots of raw dairy(possible magnesium-deficiency might result therefrom)  or one has health-problem which is caused by a specific mineral-deficiency.
