Title: Dr. Mercola's Nutritional Typing

i have been reading more about Nutritional Typing by Dr. Mercola... it actually makes sense to be. he talks about protein, carb, or mixed type. This makes sense why some people tend todo better on less meat and more fruit, or more meat and less fruit. he talks also talks about consuming as much raw foods as possibly, it seems Mercola basically recommends a raw paleo diet. hes against most fruit and against grains.
what are your thoughts on this?
im not sure how important it is to eat exactly, i think the main keys to being healthy, eating alot of raw foods and not overeating he also says that 2/3 of the people are protein types and that protein types should limit vegetable juice..
i believe im a protein type.

He seems head over heels better than mainstream nutritionists and doctors, but he still seems a little bit "about the money" if you know what I mean. I believe he does very well for himself, and wouldn't be surprised that he says certain things or sells certain supplements out of economics rather than altruistic principles.
