What good fortune.
I always refused sun screen.
I know my skin has a limit of 30 mins under the sun and then I get burned.  So I go get shade when my time is up.

Is there a natural sunscreen?  I am going into the mountains. Since going rawpalaeo, I do not usually  get sunburn per se, but my face  usually becomes a bright red in colour. Hmm, I suppose raw coconut oil would do....

Saturated tropical fats in general are protective, both internally and externally.
