Title: Bio-hacking

I have experienced some amazing effects from the Neuroprogrammer 3 brainwave entrainment programme and would like to recommend it.  Marvellous stuff -I had always been a bit worried that looking at my PC might stunt my brain.  I am also now interested in "biohacking" in general  such as transcranial electricial induction and Cranial Electrotherapy Stimulators. Though the latter will have to wait many months until I am sure I won't get scammed. I very nearly spent vast sums of money on the overly expensive Holosync Programme, instead. Anyway, it is kind of amusing that I am now becoming more "transhuman" despite criticising the Singularity Movement.

Indeed, it IS ironic. LOL

I used to focus on physical health technologies more, but now I realize that targeting the brain for improvement is far more important. Truly, we are about to be living in fascinating times.

While brainwave entrainment and CES devices have a lot of scientific data behind them(though no one really yet knows for certain how CES devices actually work), they are reasonably sure technologies. tDCS(transcranial direct current stimulation) is another possibility but is considered very questionable. The trouble is that a lot of people just buy 40$ of spare parts and build themselves a tDCS device  which then can damage the brain.
