It frightens me. I have had little success in converting people to an RPD diet and have to accept that most won't even bother unless they are a few weeks away from dying from a terminal disease or similiar situation.Looks like in a 1000 years, maybe 99% of the world's population will be born defective or deformed in some way or another.

Hedge your bets.

At a fertility rate of 1 child per woman in the cities, it makes no sense to ever commit to monogamy... to just 1 woman for the rest of your life.  If that 1 woman spits out a defective child or cannot bear you children, then you are sunk.

1 man to many women is the answer.
