Title: Raw Foodism wikipedia page
Post by: TylerDurden on June 02, 2016, 11:40:48 pm
To my surprise, the raw foodism wikipedia page got un-wrecked as a result seemingly of wikipedia robots. Now, someone on the 1st or 2nd talk page of raw foodism is fanatically trying to justify deleting whole paragraphs all over again. If anyone can join in the discussion and debate her according to wikipedia guidelines, that would be great. Eventually,  it would be a far better idea to do a raw foodism wiki page of our own.

Wiki-type encyclopedias are all about mainstream views. In my view, trying to modify wikipedia to offer alternative views will never work. You'll never get past the drones who want to silence any opinion that strays from the official one. And trying to come up with an alternative wiki for alternative views, also tends to fall short, because there aren't enough people contributing or reading the stuff. Look at http://wiki.mises.org/wiki/Main_Page (http://wiki.mises.org/wiki/Main_Page) for example, and compare it to the vastness of information available at the regular mises.org or even just their youtube channel

A forum like this is a much better resource than a raw-food wiki would be. The information is not very structured and ordered, but it's there for those who want to spend the time to research it.
