Yes, of course. Nice to know mainstream medicine is admitting this. Although I'm sure it'll only be a matter of time before they try to pin it down to just a few chemicals, and say that others are ok (when they're not)

Mostly just water. Lemon juice and vinegar can also help with some tasks.
Sometimes I do use soaps and detergents and other cleaning products, but I try to avoid contact with my skin or inhaling their fumes. This is because I live in the city, with access to a sewer system that allows me to dispose of these toxic chemicals in such a way that I don't have to deal with their toxicity to any relevant degree. I am affected, however, by everyone using them because those chemicals eventually find their way back to poison my air, water and food, but my individual contribution as a percentage of the pollution is so small that it makes it not worthwhile to avoid their use in certain cases.

i use hydrogen peroxide.
Its not ideal but Its cheap and easy I dont feel any negative affect from it and am otherwise very snesitive to cleaning products.
for my dishes I just use hot water generally.

I soak them a few days in water and then put the juice in the washing machine. This juice can also be dried to make a viscous matter to use instead of soap.
