Title: Gastritis

Hello everyone! Hope all is well.

I have a question regarding gastritis. My mother has been diagnosed with gastritis and I've been trying to search how to cure her symptoms through diet. Does anybody have any suggestions on what she could try?

try 1 tablespoon of activated charcoal in a glass of water in the morning and in the evening.

Then before bed, take 60ml of castor oil.

She will poop stuff in the morning.  Hopefully all will be well.

If she improves and needs a 2nd or 3rd dose, space 2 days to a week each time.
