Title: RVAF diet ideas re promotion

These reality tv shows are  generally appalling but they do have one major advantage, they cost far less than the usual TV productions. Anyway, if RVAFers were to promote an RPD diet via such shows, such as the one above, I'm sure the community would have a wider appeal.
