What annoyed me well before I started going rawpalaeo was the vast number of fast-food outlets all over London. A common trick the owners of these mostly unhygienic places used was to deliberately spray sauces and other strongly-smelling substances out on the pavements outside their shops/restaurants in order to lure people in to buy their junk-food. Before going in for cooked-palaeo and then raw vegan etc., it was difficult for me to resist such at first. The saving grace was the fact that, by my 20s, I would get extremely painful stomach-aches within 5 minutes of eating any cooked animal foods, so I could ignore the smell in the end. Anyway, people will be much healthier with fewer fast-food-outlets around.

I won't miss them at all. Only food I ever eat when I go out is salads a couple times a year.

It's funny from my perspective because compared to American fast food it is not fast food at all, the standards of American fast food are so low by comparison that it is hardly food at all but more of a synthetically derived approximation of food. Those kebab outlets are pretty much what most consider healthy food restaurants in America lol.
