The point being that if (palaeo-style) eugenics and more modern genetic engineering/cloning etc. were allowed en-masse in human society, the above horror could easily have been avoided. People may attack the woman but she herself is a victim who lives in a very poor country with dire access to healthcare, and she is only doing what myriads of women were forced to do in the past, whether in Palaeolithic times or indeed any era up to c.1900.
