Could this be what causes beef tongue skin to be partially black also?

Does anyone know if this happens with grassfed, antibiotic free cattle?

When I go to the slaughter house I see that some tongues of cattle are somewhat yellow. I'll pay more attention the next time I go there.

The black patches on the cow tongue are just natural pigments, nothing to be concerned about
