hahaha that thing about the authorities claiming he was running an illegal vegetable shop cuz a pregnant woman bought sprouts from him...man that is hilarious. healthy and safety regulations etc have become so ridiculous its funny

Does he live underground , a few people live in caves over here.

 There was yet another story in the daily telegraph today related to health and safety. Seems this self-employed father(who works from home) wanted to show his son how to run the business. He was duly informed by the local council's health and safety officers that he would have to pay extra work(etc.) insurance on behalf of his son, despite the fact that the son is already living in the house as a family member.
