Let's all chip in and bust the Salmonella Myth guys and gals. Reply with your 2 cents and links. I believe this idiotic concept is a stumbling block that stops people from trying raw meat.

Interesting that salmonella feeds on glucose. I wonder if that explains why Aajonus hasn't gotten food poisoning in 24 years of eating raw meats--by eating a low sugar diet?

I haven't gotten this mythic salmonella poisoning in 1.5 years and I used to be on high carb high fat wai diet for almost 6 months.
I have experienced oyster red tide though... pollution, not salmonella.
